Suggestion for Grout Removal Project from Our Customer :
First I go down one side of the grout line hugging the blade against the side of the tile and rocking back a little so that the side of the tile where I’ve already removed some of the grout acts as a stabilizer for guiding the tool. I go back and forth 2-3 times getting the depth to approximately what I want. I then cut the grout on the other side of the line the same way. By making the first cut deep enough, some of the grout will come out in long pieces as I am cutting the second line. This makes the project go faster for the portions that comes out in small chunks rather than having to grind everything out.
