Will I still receive alerts when I’m away from home or in a different location?

Yes. As long as the caregiver system’s receiver at home is connected to WiFi and your phone has internet access, you will receive alert notifications no matter where you are when the system is triggered

Is there a monthly fee to use the app’s notification features?

No. Receiving notifications through the Tuya Smart App is free. However, a separate subscription is required for SMS or phone call alerts

How do I connect the receiver to my smartphone?

Please read the “Receiver and App” section in the A+ page Operation Guide, or check the user manual included in the packaging for detailed steps. To ensure a carefree experience, we recommend patiently reading the relevant instructions

How do I enable 2.4GHz WiFi for my caregiver call system?

The caregiver system only works with 2.4GHz WiFi. Log into your router’s settings. If 2.4GHz is off, enable it, then connect to a WiFi network with “2.4GHz” in its name. For help, contact who provides your internet or check the router’s manual

Can I customize the alert duration or ringtones in the caregiver call system?

Yes. The system supports alerts lasting up to 180 seconds, offers 20 distinct alert tones, and features 5 adjustable volume levels. all of which you can easily configure in the mobile app to fit your needs
