My smart watch ran out of battery. I charged it, but it still won’t turn on or work.

After the battery is completely drained, please charge it for at least 30 minutes before trying to turn it on. This allows the battery to gain enough power to start the device properly.

I received my smart watch but I can’t turn it on or use it.

Before using it for the first time, please charge it for at least one hour.

The activity data cannot be synchronized to the VeryFit app.

Please make sure your smartwatch is connected to the app via Bluetooth. Also, answering calls requires a Bluetooth connection to your phone.

My smart watch doesn’t receive cell phone message notifications.

To receive notifications from your phone, make sure the VeryFit app is running in the background and keep your watch connected to the phone via Bluetooth.

The watch keeps disconnecting frequently. What should I do?

You can try restarting both the watch and your phone’s Bluetooth. This often resolves connection issues.
