1. Feed the running end of the tourniquet through the loop.
2. Begin wrapping the running end around the limb with close tight wraps.
3. Continue wrapping tightly to stop blood flow.
4. Secure the running end all the way into the cleat, locking it in place. Then, mark the time of completion on the tag.
