Long Battery Life
Easy To Charge
This headlamp appears to be heavier than the HC65 UHE or HC60 UHE. What sets it apart from other headlamps?
Weighing 7.4 oz, the HC75 UHE is the brightest (3000 lumens), longest-running (7+ hrs at 1500 lumens), and most rugged (IP68-rated, 2m impact resistant) headlamp, built for tough, heavy-duty work and demanding outdoor tasks.
The HC75 UHE LED has a color temperature of 4500 K (Neutral White light). What does that mean and what is it for?
4500K neutral white delivers soft, natural light that’s easy on the eyes, reducing strain during long use. Perfect for close-up tasks (mechanics, electricians, engineers) and outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and caving.
How to operate the headlamp? Is it easy to use?
The HC75 UHE has two distinctive switch buttons for easy operation.
Long-press the large Power button to power on/off the main light
Tap the Power button to change brightness
Double-tap the Power button to activate the 3000-lumen burst mode
What is the headlamp’s “Zoom” function and how do I use it?
With the light on, tap the mode button to shift between a wide, flood-like beam that lights up your surroundings and a narrow, focused beam that reaches deep into the distance, helping you find the most comfortable setting for any task.
What are the red light and Ultra-low light for? Can I turn them on without going through all the other settings?
Both light sources are commonly used for preserving night vision. When the light is off, long press the Mode Button for 1 second to turn on the auxiliary red light directly, or double tap the Power Button to turn on the Ultra-low light directly.
The headlamp flashes but does not turn on when I tap the button. Is it the LOCKOUT mode? What do we use it for?
LOCKOUT is a feature designed to prevent the unit from accidental activation while it’s stored in your bag or pocket. To enable or disable the LOCKOUT, press and hold both the ‘Power’ and ‘Mode’ buttons at the same time for a duration of 2 seconds.
Can you still use the HC75 UHE when it’s been charged? What is the extra strap in the box for?
The HC75 UHE charges its 5500mAH replaceable battery through its built-in USB-C port with an internal waterproofing design. The light is fully functional when it is being charged. The top strap is optional and not required to wear the headlamp.
