Before using your poles, make sure that your locks are firmly secured. While the tip is on the ground, test to ensure the lock is secure by pushing on the top of the handle so the tip presses into the ground. If your pole shortens while doing this then you need to readjust the height and tighten the lock more.

Step 1. Open Flip Click and Adjust,Fully open the Flip lock tab and adjust to desired height.

Step 2. Tighten Thumbscrew,Tighten Thumbscrew by turning it 1/4″ to 1/2″ turns clockwise.

Step 3. Close Flip Lock,Flip Lock should be difficult to close when properly tightened.

Step 4. Test and Readjust

Apply height to the pole. If pole begins to collapse, repeat steps 1-3 until it remains at desired height.

Stand vertically,the upper arm and the forearm, the forearm and the pole, form two 90-degree angles. When going uphill, extend slightly; when going downhill, shorten slightly. It is best to maintain a 90-degree angle at all times.

It is very convenient to carry. Disassemble the trekking pole into three sections, each with a maximum length of 20 inches, so that it can be placed inside the backpack. After directly retracting, it is 24 inches long and can be strapped to both sides of the backpack. It can also be put into the matching carrying bag and then you can just carry the bag on your back.

Directly tighten the phone holder onto the screw of the hiking pole handle, insert your phone, loosen the hand-tightening nut and the Z-shaped screw of the phone holder, adjust the phone to portrait or landscape mode so that the bottom of the phone or the holder fits tightly against the trekking pole, and then tighten the hand-tightening nut and the Z-shaped screw to use it normally.

Please keep the phone in a horizontal position while taking photos during use to prevent it from flipping or falling.
