Yes, you can choose the language in the VeryFit app. The smart watch supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Russian for now.

Is it compatible with Android phones?

How can I change the weather from Celsius to Farenheit? And the distance km to miles?

Open the VeryFit app, click “My” (the last icon at the bottom) => “Unit Setup” => “Temperature”/”Distance” => “Fahrenheit °F”/”Mile”. And then sync with the watch.
