!!! Note for E7 error: 1. If it stops working when the display E7, please wait for the temperature dropping down or power off for 5 mins then power on again. E7 error means that the temperature is higher than 158℉, the heating pad need pause the heating to avoid burning the skin; 2. According to the heating principle, you need to wait patiently for about 2-5 minutes, then the feet warmer will reach the set temperature, which is normal
!!! Note for E1 error: If E1 error, please ensure the two steps: 1. Ensure that the power socket is fully plugged in; 2. Ensure that the controller is fully connected to the heated foot warmer, then long press on the ON/OFF switch to power off then power on.
