How should I choose the appropriate size?

We recommend selecting size based on our detailed LxWxH dimensions (provided in listing). Person capacity is a general reference only. For optimal comfort, measure your available space and consider your personal body size, as fit varies individually.

Why did I receive a small package? But I can’t refold it that small.

Our tents are professionally compressed at the factory for shipping. Don’t worry! With the proper technique shown in our Folding Guide video, you can achieve a compact fold that fits the carry bag. It may take a few tries, but you’ll master it!

Can’t fold it back to original/package size?

Please watch our Folding Guide video! The key is using the proper technique – we’ve designed the bag to fit when folded correctly. It may take a few tries, but you’ll master it! Avoid forcing it; follow the instructions for best results.

Can it be used in rainy days?

Our tent features water-resistant PVC material,more suitable for dry weather. We recommend primarily dry weather use. Like all tents, it’s not 100% waterproof during heavy downpours or prolonged exposure to rainfall. Please remember this!
