Constructed with 500D Nylon. Two way YKK zipper. Front loop panel for attach patches or small object lined with hook. Tourniquet holder placed at the bottom of pouch and attached via elastic loops. Inside the pouch is a removable elastic tray holding the gear. Unzip the pouch on one side with either hand, grab the tray pull handle, and you’re good to go.
Back designed with two sizes laser cut belt loops that can be going with 1.5″ / 1.75″ / 2″ / 3″ Belt. This medical pouch is NOT MOLLE-compatible, only belt loop-compatible. It can be attached very closely to the body with a regular EDC belt. Capable of being concealed with jackets.
This compact medical pouch was also designed as a multi-use pouch. Inner two 6″ x 4″ loop panels for attach small objects. The wide section of loop panel on the front also allows you to attach chemlights, batteries, sharpies.
