The system features three main components which include a sturdy handle with a hollow storage compartment for items like extra line, lures, and other tackle gear. The head, which is also hollow allowing for even more storage, securely holds your fishing line, and a plastic clamp that ensures the line stays in place when not in use. The clamp’s design also includes a storage loop. This loop can be used to stow your hook/lure while traveling from one location to another or to fasten your line to when not in use and packed away. The kit is built with high-quality, durable materials, ensuring it withstands rugged use and provides long-lasting reliability. The reel’s handle and head are 3D printed using PLA. The clip is printed with ABS which can withstand higher temperatures helping to prevent warping which allows the clamp to retain its shape and grip. The O-ring is printed using TPU giving it a flexible, rubbery construction used to create a watertight seal between the reel’s handle and head.
