I’m worried about the screen size—will it fit my car comfortably?

The screen is 8.5″ wide and 3.5″ high, or 5.2″ with the mount. It’s low and wide, so it looks compact and won’t block your view. Please check your vehicle’s available space before purchasing to make sure the size is neither too big nor too small.

Is this product completely wireless?

“Wireless” means the screen connects to your phone without a cable, but it still needs wired power. Simply plug the screen into your car’s 12V cigarette lighter socket. Using the backup camera requires some extra wiring to install it at the rear.

What should I do if CarPlay sometimes fails to connect?

What if parts are damaged or missing when I receive the product?

Please note: Our screen is intentionally designed to be compact — wide but low in height, so it won’t block your view while driving. The backup camera must be wired from the CarPlay screen to the rear of the vehicle for power, not a wireless connection.
